Financial Donations

Financial contributions are always a blessing. St. Agnes Home, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Corporation so that your donations are tax deductible.

Ways to Contribute

Cash Donation
Memorial or Tribute Gift: a personal remembrance or recognition of a fmaily member, friend or colleague. (Notification of gift will be sent to family or individual recognized.)
Gift of Appreciated Stock
Planned Gift: a bequest designated through a will or inclusion in an estate plan
Matching Gift: an employer's matching gift program or a payroll deduction
Special Programs: SNET's Community Connections or Leave a Legacy Connecticut (more info)

SNET Community Connections Program
St. Agnes is a participant in the SNET Community Connections Program. Individuals can designate 5% of the cost of their long distance calls as a donation to St. Agnes Family Center. There is no additional out of pocket cost to the subscriber. Simply call 1 (800) 635-7638 and mention St. Agnes Group #3594. or go to SNET's Community Connections site to sign up. St. Agnes Family Center will receive 5% of the amount spent on in-state and out-of-state calls as a donation from SNET. A special THANK YOU to those who have already enrolled.

Leave a Legacy Connecticut
Remembering your favorite charity in your estate plans is an easy and lasting way to pay tribute to an organization that has special meaning to you. Leave a Legacy Connecticut is a statewide collaboration of non-profit organizations including St. Agnes Home, Inc. that promotes public awareness of charitable giving through planned giving programs. The campaign encourages people to make gifts from their estates to their favorite non-profit organizations.
