Clients Served

The center offers 24 hour residential care and support for pregnant and parenting adolescents with an infant under two years old is offered in a group home setting. Support consists of health care in conjunction with St. Francis Hospital, health education, vocational planning, on-site day care, life skills classes, parenting education and discharge planning. Additionally, supported living apartment settings for those young families who have demonstrated success in the group home are available. Staff work closely with extended families, and babies’ fathers whenever possible assisting them as an additional support resource.
Admission: Adolescents up through age 18 and Infants to age one at admission
Capacity: 16 Adolescents and 16 Infants to age 2 years in the Center and extended support in TLAP for an additional 2 adolescent mothers with one or two children
Length of Stay: One to two years in the Center
